Move Consultants was born out of industry experience, frustration - and a drive to do things better. In 2015, what started as a job opportunity at the UK’s largest removals broker turned into a revelation: the industry was broken. High-volume sales were being prioritized over real customer care. One of our founders saw a gap and had a lightbulb moment - what if expert sales, standout service, and logistics know-how were combined to actually support both the customer and the transporter?

Starting with just one trusted transport partner, he generated £200k in revenue in six months and grew their business by 20%. By 2016, with a now-convinced co-founder on board, they produced nearly £1M in removals revenue across two companies - and proved their model worked. How much commission do you take?

Our standard fee is 20% per booking, but how it's applied is totally up to you. You can choose one of the following:

20% of your current prices

20% added on top of your current prices

10% of your prices + 10% added on top

This gives you full control over how competitive your prices stay — and how much of your revenue you want to retain.
We take our fee directly from the non-refundable deposit once the job is booked. You’ll receive the remainder of the deposit and remaining job balance before unloading of the goods at the delivery address.

Can I keep using my own team?

Absolutely. We can plug into your existing team or take over full front-end operations. We’re flexible — whether you need full support or just help closing more quotes.

What’s included in the WhatsApp and phone system setup?

You’ll get a dedicated WhatsApp Business line and a full phone system with call routing, recording, and optional voicemail handling — all managed under our CRM for seamless customer communication.

Do you help with international moves?

Yes — including customs paperwork, chasing overseas documents, and even helping you earn commissions from those services when your clients use them.
